As the Atatürk University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, it will be a great honor for us to host our valuable stakeholders in the field of food hygiene and safety from all over Turkey and the world at the **XI. Veterinary Food Hygiene Congress**.
At our congress, which will take place between September 9-11, 2026, in the scientific and cultural atmosphere of the ancient city of Erzurum, we will collectively address the most current scientific developments, innovative applications, and future approaches to food safety in the food chain. This congress will offer a unique opportunity not only for the exchange of knowledge but also for strengthening our bonds of friendship and creating a foundation for new collaborations.
